■Higher hoisting speed
The hoisting speed adopts a two-stage motion of low speed and high speed as standard, so that it can handle precision work such as mold alignment work. Both low/high winding speed and traversing speed can be controlled steplessly between 1 and 1/10 speed. Furthermore, by adopting the "Dual Drive" method in which two reducer motors are directly connected to the drum, the hoisting speed can be set up to twice the rated speed when lifting light loads. It achieves both delicate transportation and efficient cargo handling.
■Effective use of energy
Equipped as standard with a "regenerative converter" that returns the electric power (regenerated energy) that was previously discarded as heat in the discharge resistor back to the power source. By returning the regenerated energy generated during lowering to the factory power line using an electronic circuit, the energy can be used effectively in other equipment.
