■Drive unit
Series of motor direct connection type (drive unit). Since the reducer and motor are integrated, the equipment layout is simple. It eliminates the need for troublesome motor centering and base plate production, which saves installation work.
■High strength and high rigidity planetary gear mechanism
・Multi-distributed planetary mechanism The load acting on each gear is optimally distributed by the multi-distributed planetary gear system and unique uniformly distributed structure. Large torque transmission is possible with a slim outer diameter.
・High pressure angle gear By adopting a high pressure angle of up to 27°, the tooth root bending strength of the gear is greatly improved, and the design is resistant to impact loads.
