About This Product

A cyclo reducer with a built-in torque limiter that can detect overload. Protect your precious machines from overload.

■Production range

・Capacity 0.2～30kW ・Reduction ratio 6 to 658,503 ・Motor type: 3-phase, premium efficiency, high efficiency, for inverter, overseas standards

■Product features

・Compact The cyclo reducer has a compact design with a large reduction ratio, high efficiency, and small number of parts, and is equipped with a built-in torque sensor (spring/limit switch type, load cell type) with an excellent mechanism. ・High accuracy and reliability: The basic part of the sensor consists of a coil spring or load cell, which provides high accuracy and excellent reliability. (Torque setting accuracy ±5 to ±10%) ・Economical equipment design is possible. Since torque is limited to the drive section, the safety factor on the equipment side can be accurately considered, allowing for optimal equipment design. - Operates even under momentary overloads Because of its mechanical torque detection mechanism, the detection time is shorter than thermal relays, etc., and overloads are detected instantaneously. ・Wide range of torque adjustment The adjustment range is as wide as ±25% of the set torque, making it easy to make adjustments to match the actual torque of the device on site. (However, within the maximum and minimum setting torque) ・Safe unmanned operation Safe and reliable unmanned operation is possible by incorporating a buzzer and lamp into the motor operation circuit. In addition, by using the double safety type or triple safety type, it is also possible to drive the auxiliary motor for raising and lowering the shaft of the thickener. ・Can be combined with other protection devices Can be combined with shear pins etc. to provide double or triple protection against overload.
