Adopts a cyclo reducer speed reduction mechanism. A compact gear motor with high impact resistance. It has concentric shafts and the industry's smallest flange dimensions, and there are no restrictions on mounting direction, allowing for free design to suit your application.

■High impact resistance
Ultax NEO is a small gear motor that uses a cyclo reducer mechanism and packs its features into a compact size. The cyclo reducer is a reduction gear with an original mechanism that uses a "curved plate" with a unique smooth curve (epitrochoid parallel curve) in the reduction section, which is different from involute gears. Combined with the unique arc tooth profile adopted for the internal gear, it enables smooth rolling contact without breakage and has high impact resistance. In addition, a high reduction ratio can be obtained with a small number of reduction stages, making it possible to achieve both high efficiency and high reduction ratio.
■Low noise
Low noise has been achieved by adopting a "double-supported structure" that firmly supports the reduction section from both sides, and a unique "multi-tooth differential tooth profile." Reduction ratios 3 to 5, 105, and 125 to 435 use planetary mechanism traction drives. It also reduces noise.
■Industry's smallest flange dimensions (flange mounting type)
Unlike general gear motors, it has a concentric shaft structure (the motor shaft and output shaft are concentric), so the flange can be made smaller. Additionally, since there is no misalignment between the center of the flange and the center of the motor, a compact design is possible.
■Premium efficiency (IE3)
Due to motor efficiency regulations implemented in Japan from April 2015, three-phase induction motors have been changed to premium efficiency motors (Top Runner motors), excluding motors for 0.55kW or less, explosion-proof types, externally ventilated inverter motors, etc. Ta. Ultax NEO is compatible with premium efficiency (IE3) motors.
