About This Product

A parallel shaft gear motor that offers the ultimate in ease of use required for a small gear motor. This is a new parallel shaft gear motor that is extremely easy to use due to its compact size, low noise, and large allowable radial load.

・Reduction ratio 3 to 200
・Motor type: 3-phase, premium efficiency, high efficiency, for inverters, single-phase, outdoor, increased safety, explosion-proof, overseas standards

■Low noise that can be used even in quiet environmentsThe gears with high engagement ratio and high rigidity design realize quiet operation. A low-noise brake is adopted as standard, reducing brake operating noise by up to 20 dB (compared to our company's comparison). (0.1～2.2kW)

■Easy wiring with built-in terminal blockThe compact terminal box is equipped with a terminal block for easy wiring as standard. (0.1 to 2.2kW) For models with brakes, a rectifier is built into the terminal box. (40~90W is built into the brake part)

■Improved reliability with outstanding sealing performanceA triple lip oil seal made of long-life material is used on the output shaft side. Additionally, two oil seals made of long-life material are used on the motor side, greatly improving reliability. (0.1～2.2kW)

■Compact size, which is nice when designingWe focused on the overall length, which is the most important aspect of a parallel shaft gear motor, and achieved a compact design by using a highly rigid casing and a newly developed motor.

■Large allowable radial load that expands design freedomA large allowable radial load has been achieved by using a high load capacity bearing and a highly rigid casing. Customers have more freedom when designing.

Due to motor efficiency regulations implemented in Japan from April 2015, three-phase induction motors have been changed to premium efficiency motors (Top Runner motors), excluding motors for 0.55kW or less, explosion-proof types, externally ventilated inverter motors, etc. Ta. Presto NEO gear motors are compatible with premium efficiency (IE3) motors.
