About This Product

The intake air volume is controlled in two stages: open (load) and close (unload). The intake air volume is controlled steplessly from 0 to 100%. ■Increased air volume Equipped with a high-efficiency AS rotor and greatly improved basic performance, it has achieved one of the largest air volumes in its class. ■Energy saving effect By adopting a high-efficiency AS rotor, we have achieved energy savings compared to conventional machines. ■A.C.C.S. (Pressure width automatic adjustment control) Automatically changes the purge or starting pressure PH according to the amount of air consumed to save power. The purge start pressure is automatically changed to optimize the cycle T to save power. (For example, if the PH/PL pressure range is 0.1MPa, the power can be saved by approximately 3% by reducing the pressure by up to 0.06MPa.) ■Purge control + automatic start/stop When the amount of air consumption decreases, the compressed air in the separator tank is released (purged) to lower the pressure, thereby saving power. If the amount of air consumption further decreases, purge operation will automatically stop after a certain period of time. ■Supports standard ambient temperature of 45/50℃ Thanks to improvements in the cooler, fan cooling system, and dryer performance, SAS/SMS4 to 11 models can operate at ambient temperatures of up to 45°C, and SAS/SMS15 to 75 models can operate at ambient temperatures of up to 50°C. ■ Dryer advance operation Supply clean air from the time the compressor starts. At startup, the dryer operates first and performs cooling operation. The compressor starts when the dryer is sufficiently cooled, so dehumidified air can be supplied. ■Unique drain removal operation By estimating the dew point from the outside temperature and operating until the discharge air temperature exceeds the dew point, the system performs a reliable drain removal operation in a shorter time than previous models, eliminating the need for troublesome drain removal work. ■Three-stage detection of discharge air temperature In the unlikely event that the discharge air temperature rises abnormally, the temperature will be detected in three stages. When the second alarm occurs, the purge start pressure is lowered and operation continues as long as possible. ■Dryer drain discharge device The dryer's drain discharge interval is controlled using a solenoid valve according to the outside temperature and load operation time, ensuring efficient draining. Minimize wasteful air discharge. ■Easy operation Starting and stopping can be done with one touch using the switch on the panel.
