About This Product

■Stainless steel fine rotorThe rotor, which is processed with high-precision tooth surface grinding, is made of special stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and durability. Furthermore, to reduce internal leakage, we have applied a mirror finish that takes into account thermal expansion during operation to ensure optimal clearance.

■High performance rotor profileThe rotor, which is exposed to discharge temperatures of over 300℃ in a single-stage machine and over 200℃ in a two-stage machine, undergoes significant thermal expansion. Hitachi's unique three-dimensional correction technology is applied to anticipate this thermal expansion and ensure the optimal clearance during operation.

■High performance solid lubricant coatingThe rotor is coated with a solid lubricant coating to further reduce the gap between metals and improve performance. This solid lubricant film has sufficient performance even in harsh environments exceeding 300℃, and Hitachi's unique technology is applied.

■Shaft seal to prevent oil leakageVisco Seal, designed by Hitachi for oil-free screw compressors, actively pumps oil back out with internal spiral grooves. A combination of air seal and visco seal prevents oil from entering the compression chamber.

■Bearings, timing gearsThe bearings are dedicated ball bearings and roller bearings, and jet lubrication is used for lubrication. In addition, the precisely finished timing gear ensures optimal rotor clearance.

■ Constant pressure control supplies the required amount of air at the required pressure.Highly accurate constant pressure control with a pressure fluctuation range of ±0.01MPa or less is possible, so air at the optimum pressure required for the machine in use can be efficiently supplied. Additionally, the set pressure can be set in 0.01MPa increments, resulting in significant energy savings.

■Peak cut function standard equipmentBy turning on the peak cut function, the maximum rotation speed of the compressor will be lower than the set value, making it possible to keep the power consumption of the compressor low.

■Ensuring reliability at high temperatures All models are specified at a temperature of 45℃ (can be operated up to 50℃)With a new unit structure that keeps the compressor's internal temperature rise to a minimum, the NEXT series has achieved both continuous operation at an ambient temperature of 45°C and long maintenance cycles. The NEXTⅢ series can operate without abnormal stop even at 50℃.
