■Complete IT communication functions- Compatible with USB memory The USB storage function for operating data allows external retrieval in CSV data format, which can be used to study energy-saving operation.
・Web server function via Bluetooth You can check the operating status of the compressor and check and change settings using the web screen of your tablet device.
・Modbus communication support Open network serial communication Modbus/RTU is supported as standard, making it easy to connect to the host monitoring system used by the customer.

■Ensuring reliability under high temperatures and easy maintenanceThe air-cooled machine has a unit structure in which the oil/aftercooler that serves as the heat source is placed at the top, and forced ventilation inside the unit using a large, highly efficient turbo fan allows for stable operation even at ambient temperatures of 45°C. The water-cooled machine is also now compatible with ambient temperatures of 45°C as a standard, thanks to improved oil/aftercooler performance. By combining high-load bearings with high load-bearing capacity and a highly accurate lubricating oil filtration system, the compressor itself is overhauled every six years.

We have developed a new type of compressor oil "NEW HISCREW OIL NEXT" that has excellent high-temperature durability and suppresses foaming, and has adopted rapid air release control that shortens restart time. The oil change cycle is every two years, same as conventional models. A filter is standard equipped on the package suction port. A cleaning notice will be displayed on the touch panel at each set time.
