About This Product

■High efficiency air end

By improving the rotor profile (tooth profile) specifications and optimizing the lubrication method, we have achieved even larger air volume and higher efficiency.

■Driving characteristics

Equipped with energy saving control switch "E-MODE" as standard. Maximum energy-saving effects can be achieved by selecting the model and optimal energy-saving operation mode according to the application.

■IPC control

It predicts the pressure to the end according to the amount of air used and reduces power consumption by lowering the compressor outlet pressure at low loads. Controls the compressor outlet to 0.70MPa when IPC-OFF, and controls the terminal pressure to 0.55MPa when IPC-ON.

■Complete IT communication functions

- Compatible with USB memory The USB storage function for operating data allows external retrieval in CSV data format, which can be used to study energy-saving operation. ・Web server function via Bluetooth You can check the operating status of the compressor and check/change settings using the web screen of your tablet device. ・Modbus communication support Open network serial communication Modbus/RTU is supported as standard, making it easy to connect to the host monitoring system used by the customer.

■Multi-functional color touch panel

・Complete operation functions E-MODE/Reserved operation (weekly timer) /Momentary power failure restart function/Alternate operation function (optional) Number of units control function (optional) /AUTO operation function/Communication function/Web server function/Save and load settings /Regular inspection display ・Logging function for operating data Operation data such as pressure, temperature, current, operating time, alarm failure history, etc. can be recorded and checked on the spot from the touch panel.
