About this product
■High efficiency air band
By improving the rotor profile (tooth profile) specifications and optimizing the lubrication method, we have achieved even larger air volume and higher efficiency.
■Improved energy saving performance
It has two built-in 75kW units and exhibits excellent energy saving characteristics through VM combination control. The variable speed machine is used as the main engine and is operated with priority. When the air volume increases, it starts the constant speed machine. Variable speed machines absorb load fluctuations by controlling the rotation speed.
■Automatic switching operation in case of failure
In the unlikely event that one compressor stops, it will automatically switch to the other and continue operation.
■Complete IT communication functions
- Compatible with USB memory: The USB storage function for operating data allows external retrieval in CSV data format, which can be used to study energy-saving operation.
・Web server function via Bluetooth: You can check the operating status of the compressor and check/change settings using the web screen of your tablet device.
・Modbus communication support: Standard support for open network serial communication Modbus/RTU, making it easy to connect to the host monitoring system used by the customer.
