About This Product
Inheriting the functions of the conventional NEXTⅡseries, this is a new lineup as an IoT compatible air compressor.
■IoT compatible air compressor (optional)
Cloud monitoring service "FitLive" constantly monitors operating status. We identify problems in the customer's equipment environment through condition monitoring and automatically send alerts via email. We aim to shorten equipment downtime and improve operational efficiency.
■Lubricating oil change is 2 years
A newly developed lubricant with excellent high-temperature durability suppresses foaming. It is initially filled as "NEW HISCREW OIL NEXT", a special oil for the new compressor. Oil changes are also required every two years, the same as with conventional models. (If the annual operation time is 6,000 hours or less)
■Overhaul period: 8 years
By combining high-load bearings with high load-bearing capacity and a highly accurate lubricating oil filtration system, the compressor itself is overhauled every eight years. (If the annual operation time is 6,000 hours or less)
■Package filter standard equipment
A filter is standard equipped on the package intake port.
