■Oil free air
Provides class zero level oil-free air (all oil-free scroll compressor models). Based on ISO 8573-1 (Compressed Air - Contaminants and Cleanliness Class), we measured the oil concentration in the compressed air discharged from Hitachi oil-free scroll compressors. The oil content in the discharged compressed air has achieved the highest quality level, ``Class Zero.''
■Structure
- The upper exhaust structure and flattening of the back and right side panels improve installation flexibility.
・Since it is a rotary compressor that performs continuous compression, it has low vibration and noise.
■Maintenance effort and total cost can be significantly reduced.
Long maintenance cycle due to longer life of consumable parts. Overhauling of the 0.75kW compressor body requires 24,000 counts on the product counter (equivalent to 50Hz: 24,000 hours, 60Hz: 20,000 hours) or 8 years; intermediate maintenance of the 1.5 to 5.5kW compressor body is 12,500 hours or 5 years (chip seal replacement) , lubrication, etc.) and overhauls of 25,000 hours or 10 years.
