What is the expansion effect?

■Mechanical interlock

The bolt is mechanically fixed to the expanding conical surface of the concrete.

■Bearing force

The fruit juice is transmitted to the concrete by bearing pressure on the concrete expanding conical surface.

■Cutter for expanding the bottom

A dedicated bottom expansion drill forms a reliable bottom expansion part.

■Suitable use

Fixing of equipment important for safety in areas that are subject to constant tension and vibration (e.g., preventing ceiling panels, jet fans, and signs from falling)

■Crack performance

Even if cracks occur, the list price of proof strength is low and the performance is equivalent to pre-installed anchors.

■Visual construction and management

Specialized tools enable visual construction management. Realizes an ideal anchor construction method that reduces slippage and pull-out.

■Features

・The metal expansion anchor system (Anzex) is a total post-installation anchor system designed in conjunction with construction tools to ensure secure anchor installation. - Expanding the bottom can be completed easily and reliably by using special tools (bottom expansion cutter and bottom expansion confirmation gauge). ・Anzex expanded bottom anchor bolts are mechanically fixed to the expanded bottom part (mechanical interlock), so they will not come off or slip. - The embedment depth is designed so that the concrete cone failure load exceeds the minimum tensile load of the bolt material, making it possible to design bolt failure. ・Since the contact area of ​​the expanded bottom part is large, it exhibits sufficient anchoring performance even in low-strength concrete. In addition, even if cracks occur in the concrete around the anchor installation area, the drop in anchor strength will be kept to the same level as with pre-installed anchors. - In addition to 4.6 class and 8.8 class bolt materials, we also prepare SUS316 for anchor bolts.
