About This Product

■ Characteristics

・ Water -based emulsion: Zaiksen is a water -based emulsion that does not contain organic solvents. ・ Emulsifier free: Zaiksen does not include surfactants. ・ Adhesive to various substrates: Shows excellent adhesion on various substrates such as paper, metal (especially aluminum), plastic (various films), and glass. ・ Water resistance of the film, oil resistance: excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, and transparency. ・ Mriminality: Mixing emulsion and latex can be used that takes advantage of both features.

■ Recommended usage

・ Applications: Adhesion between sub -base materials, coating of base materials ・ How to paint: Coat, spray, roller, etc. (correspond to a wide range of coating methods) ・ Painted work: ≧ 5g/㎡ (during WET) ・ Dry temperature: 80 ° C or higher (even when room temperature is dried, form a film) ・ Adhesive temperature: ≧ 80 ° C
