The conveyance structure has been changed from the conventional bancord type to roller conveyance, making it possible to stably convey and process everything from thin plates to extremely thick plates. By adjusting the position from the transducer to the pass line and optimizing the roll arrangement, the design is designed to maximize the power of ultrasonic waves. Effective cleaning of substrate processing surfaces and through-holes can be performed without damaging the workpiece.
By removing dissolved oxygen in the water with a cavitation-enhanced pump and setting the water temperature optimally, the power of ultrasonic waves can be maximized. All conveyor rolls are dropped, so they are easy to attach and detach, and the transducer can be easily replaced. The draining roll is split and can be easily removed from the top, ensuring that the water level does not fluctuate when transporting thick plates.
