■Summary
This is a device that removes the dust that adheres to the surface of ceramic substrates after firing. Using our uniquely developed slurry pump and nozzle, we can spray abrasive material at high pressure and reliably remove bedding particles. Because it is an integrated device that includes washing and drying, you can perform scrubbing, washing, and drying with just one device. It can also be combined with an automatic loading machine or exit conveyor, allowing a series of processes to be performed automatically by simply setting the workpiece on the loading machine.
