About This Product

■Summary

This device sprays an abrasive material onto the surface of the printed circuit board, creating a uniform, non-directional satin finish, which is the ideal surface condition for printed circuit board adhesion. Therefore, it is effective in dry film lamination pre-treatment, solder resist pre-treatment, gold plating pre-treatment, liquid resist pre-treatment, etc. Furthermore, there are now more applications in which higher-pressure jetting and finer abrasive materials are used. Wet blasting can also be used in a clean environment for surface roughening of various metals.
