About This Product

■Function overview

This device is an audio codec that transmits up to 4 channels of analog audio signals L/R 96kHz/24bit x 2ch, AES/EBU, and intercom over two active and backup IP lines, and is widely used at shortwave, medium wave, and FM stations nationwide. We are proud of our track record of operation. The core module is equipped with Xilinx's FPGA "Vertex 6". It has overwhelmingly high speed processing and a variety of functions. The newly developed sampling synchronization function synchronizes the transmitting and receiving clocks to perform transmission with little phase fluctuation, while ensuring broadcast safety with the built-in IP2 system automatic switching device. At the same time, in addition to audio signals, it is equipped with RS232C for remote control control, making it highly compatible with existing equipment. In addition to the available bandwidth-guaranteed IP dedicated line, wide area LAN, etc. as the main transmission line for active use and backup, as well as the general-purpose 3G line, ADSL and subscriber phone 5GHz band FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) can be introduced as the monitoring line. . The main unit has a built-in web server, and transmission condition settings and monitoring can be managed from a regular PC via a web browser, making effective use of the guaranteed bandwidth of the line contract. The Ether port used for monitoring settings is separate and independent from the one for communication, so it does not affect communication traffic. In addition to LINE-STL for mainline broadcast transmission and transmission, it is widely used for satellite studios, inter-branch communications, etc. In addition, for FM synchronized broadcasting, which has become a hot topic these days, delay equalization (optional) is performed, and when combined with our digital exciter CDEX-5000, it is possible to make effective use of tight FM frequencies under certain conditions.
