About This Product

■A new form of audio codec born from voices in the field

HDIP-3000V is a domestically designed and domestically produced audio codec that transmits high-quality audio using the Hikari Denwa (TM) line provided by NTT East and West. This unit connects and secures a broadcast line by dialing the recipient's phone number, just like a conventional ISDN codec, without making complicated settings such as a router.

■Strong line connection that is not best effort

Internet services are generally best-effort services, and as a broadcast line, they involve risks. By using NTT's Hikari Denwa line, which the HDIP-3000V uses, a QoS-guaranteed line with a secured transmission band can be used nationwide. It can be used as a replacement for the audio codec due to the end of ISDN network service.

■Simultaneous transmission of meeting phone line, operation screen, and 4-wire

Equipped with functions for telephone calls for meetings, 4-wire, and operation screen transmission (simple video transmission), which previously required separate lines. All functions necessary for relaying can be integrated into HDIP-3000V.

■High sound quality with lossless compression

Equipped with a unique lossless compression algorithm CLEAR (developed by NTT Laboratories) that is suitable for Hikari Denwa Data Connect 1Mbps instead of conventional irreversible compression. Achieves high-quality audio transmission equivalent to PCM.

■Pursuing low latency in mS units

15mS + line delay (total delay varies depending on connection status)

■GPIO is standard equipment

Equipped with 2-contact GPIO as standard. No need to purchase additional expensive options.

■Can also be used as an IP codec

It is possible to connect by entering the IP address, and it can also be used as a conventional IP codec.

■Connection by phone number

Just like with ISDN services, you can connect using a phone number (0AB to J numbers). You can connect using familiar methods and easily enable highly secure transmission.

■Guaranteed bandwidth communication

The transmission rate of Hikari Denwa (including data connect) lines is guaranteed, and there is no bandwidth restriction due to internet use, and just like ISDN, once you connect, the data rate will be maintained until you disconnect.
