About This Product

High performance Gigabit switch with SFP slot and compatible with optical modules that realizes a full Gigabit Ethernet environment in a compact housing.

■Summary

The XC5224 is equipped with 100/1000BASE-TRJ45x24 and can be used as a core switch for gigabit servers and gigabit switches. It is equipped with 4 RJ45/SFP slots (Combo) and can be changed to a 1000BASE-X fiber gigabit port by adding options.

■High-speed network with full gigabit environment

・It is possible to provide a full Gigabit Ethernet environment that realizes a non-blocking, full wire speed switching environment and eliminates bottlenecks in server and network environments that require wide bandwidth. ・Achieves a full gigabit environment in a compact housing. We provide a cost-effective solution that can handle dramatically increasing network traffic, along with extensive network functions such as VLAN, QoS, and LACP.

・Full gigabit configuration equipped with 100/1000BASE-TRJ45x24 ・Equipped with SFP slot (becomes a combo port) ・Quiet fanless design creates a comfortable environment ・Energy saving with IEEE802.3az (EEE) and power control function ・IEEE802.1d (STP), IEEE802.1w (RSTP) compliant ・Equipped with DHCP and MLD snooping functions ・Link aggregation (IEEE802.3ad compliant/static) support ・QoS function prioritizes important data and ensures smooth data communication ・Port-based and IEEE802.1QVLAN, private VLAN support ・Supports jumbo frames (up to 9,600 Bytes) ・Provides security function with IEEE802.1x port authentication ・Loop detection function ・Management via network is possible with SNMP support ・Switch management and settings are possible using not only IPv4 but also IPv6 addresses. ・Port mirroring function allows you to monitor traffic on any port and easily respond to failures.
