About This Product

■Advantages

This grade boasts above-average physical properties in all fields, and has improved mechanical strength, chemical properties, thermal properties, and abrasion resistance compared to general nylon 6.

■Precautions when using and processing

Generally resistant to organic solvents and weak to acids. It is also highly absorbent and sticky. To comply with food hygiene laws, it must be soaked in boiling water for 1.5 hours.

■Appearance

The vertical striped pattern on the top and bottom of the material is a manufacturing process. The color may differ depending on the lot, but this does not affect the physical properties. MC901 (blue), MC900NC (white)

■Applications

Various parts for general industrial machinery, conveyance machinery, food packaging machinery, etc., wheels, gears, sprockets, rollers, bearings, liners, star foils, guides, pallets.
