About This Product

■Advantages

Electrical insulation: It has high surface electrical resistance and low volume electrical resistance, which can avoid problems such as electrostatic discharge and current leakage. Heat resistance: Very little deterioration at high temperatures, so it can be used in high temperature environments for long periods of time. Chemical resistance: Resistant to many chemicals such as organic solvents, acids, alkalis, and salts. Wear resistance and high impact strength: very hard. This allows us to create highly durable parts and products that maintain their performance even after long-term use. Radiation resistance: Suitable for use in radiation environments such as nuclear facilities and space exploration.

■Precautions when using and processing

Although it is a material that is resistant to high temperatures, it is sensitive to heat, and deterioration and deformation may occur especially if it is used for a long time at high temperatures of 200℃ or higher. It is a hard material, and when cutting and processing it, it is necessary to select the appropriate tool and appropriate processing conditions. Dust and smoke generated during cutting and processing have an impact on safety, so proper ventilation is required. It is sensitive to moisture and ultraviolet light, and may deteriorate, so check storage conditions and be careful before use.
