About This Product

This paint was developed based on our experience in plastic paints that we have built up over many years. Conventionally, the mainstream of two-component paints is polyurethane paint that uses isocyanate as a hardening agent. However, as environmental and sanitary issues become a hot topic, there is growing debate about the toxicity of isocyanates. Our company started developing a new curing system to address this problem as soon as possible, and succeeded in developing a new two-component paint, AXIS, which is mainly made of acrylic resin.

■Features

- Internal curing is given priority, so there is no lifting that occurs with urethane paints. ・Excellent coating film surface properties such as coating film hardness and abrasion resistance. ・Excellent alcohol resistance and oil and fat resistance. ・Excellent painting workability due to long pot life. ・Applicable to a wide range of molding materials. ・HIPS ・ABS, AES, AS ・Acrylic, PC, PC/ABS ・PPO, PPE ・PVC (hard, soft) ·others *Differences in adhesion strength may occur depending on molding conditions, etc., so be sure to check with the actual material.
