About This Product

This is a one-component baking type undercoat based on specially modified epoxy resin. It exhibits excellent adhesion and anti-rust properties on various non-ferrous metals including aluminum and plated steel plates. It has excellent painting workability and can shorten the painting process with a 2-coat, 1-bake painting specification, so it can greatly contribute as an alternative to etching primers (wash primers).

■Features

・Dries quickly to the touch and has excellent painting workability. ・Free of heavy metals (chromium, lead), ensuring safety and environmental protection. ・Can be applied uniformly using general equipment such as electrostatic painting or spray painting. ・No yellowing due to baking. ・Ensures excellent adhesion to various metals (non-ferrous metals and plated steel plates). ・Excellent corrosion resistance.
