◼︎Overview
- This is a small milling machine that uses a square column and has a solid feel.
- Thanks to the continuously variable speed mechanism controlled by a special inverter, the speed can be freely changed from 100 min-1 to 1,750 min-1 with a single knob.
・Equipped with a spindle rotation speed display device, digital scale (for quill), and tapping mechanism as standard.
・The head can be tilted 90 degrees left and right.
・Since the spindle taper is MT3, commercially available tools can be used.
・It is possible to cut not only iron, aluminum, brass, and wood, but also titanium, stainless steel, etc. depending on your ingenuity.
・The Japanese instruction manual, which uses many illustrations, comes with a booklet "Basic Drilling/Milling Machine Work" as an appendix.
・A longitudinal automatic feeder can be installed as an option. The table can be moved left and right by lever operation, which is very convenient.
・Mitutoyo digital scale can be attached to the table (X/Y axis). (Special order available - please contact us for details.)
