About This Product

This machine is carefully assembled and finished by experienced craftsmen at the Sapporo factory. Therefore, the quality is completely different from similar products. ◼︎Overview - Compact size mini milling machine. ・The electronically controlled continuously variable speed mechanism allows you to freely change the speed from 100min-1 to 2,000min-1 with a single knob. - By setting the high/low gear to low, torque will not drop even at low speeds. ・Spindle taper is MT2. ・We also have a wide variety of accessories and cutting tools that expand the range of work. ・It is possible to cut not only iron, aluminum, brass, and wood, but also titanium, stainless steel, etc. depending on your ingenuity. ・The Japanese instruction manual, which uses many illustrations, comes with a booklet titled ``Basic Drilling Machine/Milling Machine Work'' as an appendix. ・The column and head cannot be tilted. ◼︎What is A type? ・Based on the know-how accumulated through many years of experience, we will perform maintenance and adjustments before shipping. ・We adjust the accuracy of each part including the spindle using our own accuracy inspection table. - Carefully adjust the movement of the handle and each sliding surface. ・The warranty period is one year. (Excluding consumables) ・Some of the electrical components of this machine have been replaced with domestically produced products.
