・This is a state-of-the-art machine with a compact general-purpose lathe mechanism.
- Adopts an oil bath gear drive system, allowing the speed of the main shaft to be changed by lever operation.
- Automatic feeding in longitudinal and cross directions is possible.
-In addition to the lead screw, it is equipped with a feed rod, so the lead screw is used only for thread cutting, and the precision of the thread can be maintained for a long time.
- There is also a small type [USL6 (400)] with a center spacing of 406 mm and a large type [USL6 (900)] with a center spacing of 900 mm.
・The main shaft can be rotated forward or reverse using the start lever.
- A maximum of 16mm square cutting tools can be attached, so various commercially available tools can be used.
(Some commercially available bites vary in size and may have a slightly higher center height.)
