About This Product

The Mechanics series is a high-quality machine that is carefully finished one by one under strict quality control at the Mechanics Sapporo factory. This is a masterpiece produced by 80 years of traditional machine tool making techniques. ◼︎Equipped with a continuously variable transmission mechanism using a Mitsubishi inverter, the speed of the main shaft can be changed freely with a single knob, greatly improving operability. - Torque does not easily drop even at low speeds. ・Less uneven rotation in low speed range. ・Equipped with spindle rotation speed display ・Power saving ・Excellent reliability ◼︎Overview - Equipped with a domestic motor. - Each component such as the spindle, tailstock, bed, etc. is made robust, and each part is precision ground. - Capable of precision machining comparable to general-purpose machines. ・Left-handed cutting is also possible by changing the tumbler. ・L230SA-INV model 2 is an integrated stand. - Our unique lever for fixing the tailstock can be installed. (Optional) If you wish to add a tailstock fixing lever to the L230SA-INV Model 2 or L230-INV Model 2 that you are already using, please contact us each time.
