An electric torque converter type cable reel that replaces a torque motor. Equipped with a torque control unit uniquely designed by Hataya OKS.

The CLT/CLU type is an electric winding automatic reel equipped with a torque control unit uniquely designed by Hataya OKS. It is ideal as a long cable winder for powering various types of traveling vehicles and mobile equipment, and has enjoyed a wide range of achievements and trust to this day.

In addition, the use of a mechanical unit with excellent durability makes it easy to use, which is not found in other electric systems.

■Main features・Since it is a fully enclosed external fan type general-purpose electric motor, it is resistant to dust in harsh environments and does not require construction such as complicated control circuits or electrical wiring.
・The torque control unit that generates a constant torque allows the cable to be fed out with almost the same force as the winding force, so there is no tension and no damage to the cable.
・Torque adjustment is easy.
・Can be used continuously without worrying about overload.
- There is no need to switch between forward and reverse rotation due to the slip mechanism of the torque control unit.
- We have 5 types of units (TCU2T to 30T), so we can accommodate a wide range of winding force and speed conditions.
