About This Product

This is a product in which colored pigments are made into a paste using an emulsifying and dispersing agent for resin. We have a wide variety of colors available, so you can use it when creating colors in small lots.

■Special notes・Normally, adding 0.1% to 5% will produce sufficient color, but hiding power will vary depending on the application, film thickness, and hue. Please be sure to test with a small amount.
・Some colors (such as those with glitter) use pigments with slightly larger particle sizes. Please be careful not to clog the screen or wear out the gauze.

■Liquid pigment for resin coloringResin color is a liquid pigment made by dispersing colored pigments in an emulsifying dispersant. Regular powder pigments are difficult for users to handle. This is a resin colorant that has been adjusted to an easy-to-handle form. Uedaya Dye Factory Co., Ltd. sells and sells it under the business brand ``Resin Color/RsinColor.''

■It is not paintThis product is not a paint. Even if this product is applied to the surface to be processed, it will not stick.

■Using pigments in all colorsAll resin colors use pigments, which provide a durable finish with less fading compared to dyes.

■High dispersibilityResin colors are made by dispersing colored pigments at high concentrations in a pigment emulsifying dispersant specifically designed for resins, achieving good compatibility with resins.

■Prevent precipitation separation by refrigerated storagePigments do not dissolve but disperse, so liquid products commonly suffer from precipitation separation problems. To solve this problem, we have adjusted the resin color so that it retains the same hardness as margarine when stored in the refrigerator. Since the pigment does not precipitate, there is no need to stir it during use. It becomes liquid as soon as it returns to room temperature, making it easy to mix with resin.

■Can be washed with waterResin colors are water soluble. Even if it gets on your fingers or the container, you can easily wash it off with water.

■It is odorless because it is a water-soluble dispersant.The resin color uses a water-soluble emulsifying dispersant, so it is odorless. There is no need for ventilation as there is no odor like that of solvents, and there is no need to worry about health hazards.

■High concentration and economicalResin colors come in high concentrations, so you only need a small amount to achieve the desired shade. This highly concentrated formulation maintains the solidity of the product without hindering the curing of the resin, even though it is water-based.
