■Features・This is a gutter that utilizes a large free-slope gutter with a water-stop function to store rainwater at the gutter's location.
- By constructing it at the location of existing side gutters, it is possible to store rainwater as needed and make effective use of the site by arranging it according to the shape of the site.
- By using precast concrete products, it is possible to significantly shorten the construction period and reduce the total cost.
- An orifice is installed at the end of the flow to adjust the amount of flow into rivers, etc.
・Unlike underground storage facilities, rainwater can flow directly into this facility, which can alleviate water damage caused by torrential rains, etc.
・We have standardized products with an internal width of 0.6-1.0m and an internal height of 0.5-2.0m (0.1m pitch).

■What is “temporary storage” of rainwater?Rainwater in the storage gutter is drained through an orifice installed at the downstream end. During normal times (light rain), water is drained from the orifice.

As the amount of rainfall increases, the amount flowing into the storage gutter increases, and the excess amount of drainage from the orifice is "temporarily stored" in the storage gutter. As rainwater decreases, accumulated rainwater is discharged from the orifice at different times, reducing the load on downstream areas.
