About This Product
Internal magnets are arranged in a spiral pattern to transport chips in a spiral manner. The mechanically movable (rotating) parts are housed in sealed cylinders, so there is no risk of contact damage.
Ideal for transporting cutting waste from end mills, milling cutters, and gear cutting machines. It can also be applied to conveying not only chips but also granular and minute parts. It has a simple structure and uses permanent magnets, so it is energy saving and maintenance free.
We can make it to your desired length.
We manufacture various chip conveyors to your desired dimensions. Doesn't matter whether it's magnetic or non-magnetic.
■Small series
The processing capacity is based on actual measurements when cutting waste from a gear cutter made of SS400 material is transported in a horizontal position. The greater the installation slope, the lower the processing capacity. (The driving position should be up to 60 degrees with the motor facing upwards.)
The "with gutter" type has a gutter attached to catch the falling oil.
