About This Product
This is a mini-type balance board for installing magnets at the center of gravity of the workpiece, avoiding holes and protrusions on the workpiece where lifting magnets cannot be installed. Ideal for cases where the shape of the lifting magnet does not allow it to be installed at the center of gravity or where sufficient suction area cannot be secured.
If the workpiece has a hole or groove in the center (center of gravity) and a lifting magnet cannot be installed at the center of gravity, it is ideal for lifting with a lifting magnet while maintaining balance while avoiding the dent. The top surface has a flange shape and the center is hollow for transporting workpieces. For transporting workpieces such as mold products with grooves or holes machined in the center of gravity.
There is a boss or protruding part in the center (=center of gravity) of the workpiece, making it ideal for lifting with a lifting magnet at the center of gravity. For transporting workpieces with a boss shape at the center of gravity. For transporting processed products and canned products that have convex shapes or parts added to the center of gravity.
The hanging position can be adjusted at a pitch of 35 mm on both the left and right sides. High strength due to the use of high tensile steel. Shackles and lifting magnets are not included with the product.
