About This Product

It is possible to remotely turn on/off the magnetic force using electrical control. It is used for material feeding in automatic presses, to prevent deflection of shearing materials, and for various automation equipment and the handles of industrial robots. The maximum suction force is the maximum value for full surface suction using SS400, plate thickness 10 mm, and a template with a ground surface.

■Allowable temperature

Please use at ambient temperature below 40℃ and adsorbed material below 50℃.

■Adsorption power

The adsorption force changes depending on the adsorption conditions (material, shape, surface finish, plate thickness, etc.). In addition, if the operating conditions are such that the entire surface cannot be picked up, the center of gravity cannot be picked up, or a large impact is applied during transportation, please select a model that takes safety values ​​into account when selecting the actual model.

■Waterproof/rustproof

The electromagnetic holder is not waterproof. Also, the suction surface is not anti-rust treated, so it cannot be used in clean rooms, etc.

■Residual magnetic adsorption

Even if the electromagnetic holder is turned off, a weak residual magnetic attraction force remains. There is no problem if the mass of the adsorbed object exceeds the residual magnetic adsorption force, but if not, models other than the "self-release type (CEH-R)" are equipped with a demagnetizing function that has a reverse excitation magnetic circuit in the rectifier. model (TPRC-R) must be used.
