About This Product
■Applications
This device is installed in the grinding fluid purification and circulation system of a grinding machine, and uses a magnet to collect magnetic sludge in the grinding fluid and purify the coolant fluid.

■Safety and easy maintenance mechanism
The drive unit comes standard with a cover that takes safety and design into consideration. The structure makes it easy to inspect and replace parts such as the motor and squeeze roller, making it easy to maintain.
■The difference in sludge collection performance
Depending on the arrangement and combination of the internal magnets and magnetic field configuration, it can handle a variety of grinding debris and sludge, from fine sludge to materials with weak magnetism, needle-like and thread-like shapes from shaving, etc. We can also manufacture a super strong magnetic drum with a maximum surface magnetic flux density of 1,200mT (12,000G) as an option to suit your application.
■High durability and improved aperture performance
Equipped with a newly designed rubber roller that has been reviewed in terms of the material, hardness, and squeezing method of the rubber roller. The optimal magnetic array design allows the sludge to be squeezed and discharged evenly, dramatically increasing the durability of the rubber roller. By using the rubber roller as a forced drive mechanism, the standard model can also be used with highly viscous oil-based grinding fluids.
■Industry's lowest center of gravity design
Designed with the industry's lowest center of gravity, the inlet is positioned low and can be installed in any flow path in any installation environment. Inflow from the top of the main body tank is also possible, so it can be used in flow path environments where piping is not possible.
In addition, the motor can be mounted on either the left or right side depending on the installation environment space. Changing the motor mounting position (left and right) at the time of shipment is an option. The height of the inlet is only 152mm.
■Model selection method and performance
It depends on the processing content, work material, and sludge properties. Depending on the conditions, the regular lineup models may not be able to handle the situation. If you provide samples of grinding fluid and sludge, we will suggest the most suitable model through testing.
The recovery rate is an example of the results from our tests. Values vary depending on conditions.
One square plug for the inlet is included. The mounting position and direction of the motor can be changed.
