About This Product

■Summary

This device was developed as an oil supply device for conveyor chains ranging from small to large sizes.It detects the timing of supply with a non-contact sensor and instantly activates the pump, allowing it to accurately dispense minute amounts of oil. This is a system that uses a nozzle to spray to precisely specified points.

■Features

・Non-contact type, no negative effects on the chain. - Because it is a small amount injection type, the oil does not become a mist and does not worsen the environment around the equipment, and since oil is supplied only at the necessary points, there is no chance of oil adhering to products on the conveyor. ・Various lubrication systems can be selected. : A. Manual start - automatic stop B. Automatic start - automatic stop C. Others -Oil tank capacity can be selected from 2ℓ, 5ℓ, 10ℓ, and 30ℓ.
