■SummaryThe KS type distribution valve is a variable displacement discharge valve used in dual lines, and is activated by the pressure of the lubricant that is alternately pumped from the pump to the two main pipes, supplying lubrication to each lubrication point with a metered discharge mechanism. . The operation of the distribution valve can be checked by the counter installed on each main piston. In addition, the discharge amount can be changed by adjusting the stroke adjustment screw of this main piston.

A single discharge port is one in which the reciprocating discharge amount of the main piston is combined into one discharge port inside the distribution valve. The "discharge volume cm3/stroke" stated in the specifications, etc. indicates the discharge volume relative to the movement of one side of the main piston. Therefore, if lubricant is alternately pumped into the two main pipes and the distribution valve is activated, the main piston will make one reciprocation, so the amount from one discharge port will be cm3/stroke x 2, which is double the amount. It means you have put it out.
