■SummaryThe KS type distribution valve is a variable displacement discharge valve used in dual lines, and is activated by the pressure of lubricant that is alternately pumped from the pump to the two main pipes, supplying each lubrication point with a metered discharge mechanism. . The operation of the distribution valve can be confirmed by the indicator rod installed on each main piston. In addition, the stroke of this main piston can change the discharge amount by adjusting the adjustment screw.

A single discharge port is one in which the reciprocating discharge amount of the main piston is combined into one discharge port inside the distribution valve. The "discharge volume c mm3/stroke" stated in the specifications, etc. indicates the discharge volume for one side movement of the main piston. Therefore, if lubricant is alternately pumped into the two main pipes and the distribution valve is activated, the main piston will make one reciprocation, so the amount from one discharge port will be cm3/stroke x 2, which means double the amount. That means you did it.
