■Summary
- This pump station can be used for single line, dual line, and other lubrication systems with special conditions or frequent operation.
・The configuration is compact, consisting of an electric motor, reduction gear, pump, and switching valve (dual line only).
・The grease supply port can be installed on either the left or right side. (16,N25 type only)
・The reduction gear can convert the reduction ratio, which is useful for reducing the pipe diameter and improving durability.
-Can also be used in multi-zone systems.
- In particular, the 41 and 51 types have a strong discharge capacity, so they are suitable for multi-zone systems where two or more electromagnetic switching valves are installed and lubrication is concentrated around them.
■Features
- The pump method is the most proven plunger method. The 16 and N25 types use a single plunger system, and the 41 and 51 types use a double plunger system. The single plunger method does not specify the direction of rotation. Although the direction of rotation is specified for the double plunger system, a safety valve protects the pump even if it rotates in the opposite direction. Additionally, the double plunger method does not use a check valve, making it resistant to foreign matter.
・The reduction gear with a motor is used, and the reduction ratio can be changed.
-The grease supply port has a built-in strainer to prevent dirt and other particles from entering the tank.
- A follower rod (oil level indicator rod) is installed inside the tank to allow visual inspection of the grease level, and a level switch is installed to output the grease level as an electrical signal and perform various controls. The 16 type also has a transparent acrylic tank, and the 41 type has a 40L tank as standard, but a 90L tank can also be installed.
・There is also a unit type with a control panel or a control panel set on the base.
・For dual line, hydraulic/electromagnetic loop type, short loop type, and electromagnetic end type are supported.
- A high pressure alarm switch is set for single line.
