About This Product

By combining with the distribution valve of a central lubrication system such as a single line or dual line, it is possible to reliably supply a fixed amount of lubrication to each lubrication point without waste.

■Features

・A compact electric lubrication pump that can be set directly into a 200L drum. ・In addition to those with lifting lifters, there are other variations such as hanging types, double drum types, and types compatible with high viscosity grease. - Adopts a double plunger (pump mechanism consisting of a suction/discharge plunger and a valve opening/closing plunger) without a check valve. - Structure that is less affected by foreign objects and resistant to air entrapment. ・The stirring blade at the bottom of the pump increases the efficiency of sucking grease into the suction part and ensures more reliable discharge. ・Since the structure does not use a follower plate, it is easy to replace the drum.

■Manual lift type lubrication system

This is a manual lift type lubrication pump that allows you to easily replace the drum. Comes with a stopper, so you can position the drum by simply pushing it in. Compatible with both single line and dual line.
