This is an epoch-making pump that connects directly to a pail can, which reduces the chance of foreign matter getting into the grease.

- Commercially available pail cans (16,18kg) are directly set in the pump, eliminating the troublesome replenishment work from the filling pump.
・In addition to the handle lift function, the lifting device for replacing pails is assisted by a gas spring, improving safety and convenience.
・You can choose from 7 models with discharge rates ranging from 113/136cm3/min to 15/18cm3/min (50/60Hz) depending on the application.
- Grease is pumped out at the maximum discharge pressure [(20.6MPa) (210kg/cm2)], so it can be used with various lubrication systems (single line, dual line, grease gun).
- The pump uses a double plunger without a check valve (a pump mechanism consisting of a plunger dedicated to suction and discharge, and a plunger dedicated to opening and closing the valve), which has a structure that is less affected by foreign objects and is resistant to air entrapment.
・When installing the pump in a shielded M/C etc. that has pump height restrictions, you can choose an electric motor with a ✕ type reducer. (Maximum height 888mm)
・The standard specification uses a V-type reducer with good reduction efficiency.
・For models with low discharge volume that use reduction ratios of 1/29, 1/30, 1/40, and 1/43, a motor capacity of 0.1kW is used to save energy and make the product more compact.
■Dual line lubrication system
Used in combination with a distribution valve in a dual line lubrication system. The included hydraulic switching valve is for short loop piping.
