■Features
- Clamp fittings comply with International Standards (ISO) and Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS).
-The shape of the valve flange is a clamp type, and unlike the JIS flange (B2290), one wing nut can be tightened with just the force of your fingertips.
- The distance between the flanges of each valve body is the same, and the mounting direction can be changed freely.
- The valve body and internal parts are made of stainless steel and have excellent corrosion resistance.
- Bellows material is SUS316L.
- Shaft seals include O-ring seals and bellows seals.
- Fluororubber is used for the sealing material.
・For valves with O-ring seals, there is a temporary pressure increase due to gas being released from the shaft during the closing operation. However, no pressure increase occurs in valves with bellows shaft seals.
・Leakage amount from the body seal is 1.0x10^-10 (Pa・m3/s) or less.
