About This Product

This device is a vacuum device that uses a heater to uniformly heat samples of various shapes in a vacuum or inert gas atmosphere. In addition to performing various heat treatments, it is also capable of pressurizing up to 5 tons using a hydraulic press, so it can be used as a multipurpose experimental furnace for diffusion bonding up to 5 tons.

By pressing in a vacuum, it is possible to perform processing that is different from pressing in normal conditions.
In addition, heat treatment is program-controlled, allowing for detailed temperature control, which can be used to develop new products that are different from existing products.

By making it possible to set various heat treatment and pressing conditions, we are able to conduct efficient experiments. It can be used not only as a vacuum device for experiments, but also as a device for manufacturing products.
A feature of this system is that it allows various types of processing to be performed as soon as it is installed, rather than adding processing methods to the vacuum state equipment afterwards.
