This is a vacuum device manufactured for the purpose of arc melting a sample in an inert gas atmosphere after creating a vacuum to produce an alloy. A water-cooled electrode for sample dissolution is installed in the dissolution chamber through a universal seal port, and the sample on the water-cooled copper mold can be dissolved manually while looking through the viewing window.
The copper mold goes down and comes out to the front, making cleaning very easy. The sample can be reversed using the reversing rod, and the structure allows for easy replacement of the copper mold.
