About This Product
Texo Graph is a food material texture that can be used to measure any sticky material on the surface. TexoGraph eliminates evaluations based on touch tests that cannot be expressed numerically. It also has the ability to test food hardness and breakage using multiple plungers. Load, time/penetration, and speed can be set arbitrarily.
Windows measurement and data processing software allows you to set test conditions and control the testing machine from your computer. Test conditions can be saved as a file, so there is no need to reset them. During testing, sampling data can be captured and displayed in real time. Test conditions, test results, and sampling data can be saved in ASCII format and referenced with other spreadsheet software.
