About This Product

The Rheogel-E series is a measuring instrument for evaluating the viscoelastic properties of solid materials such as polymer films and rubber sheets. When a sample is subjected to vibrational strain such as tension, compression, bending, shearing, etc., the stress response and displacement amount are sensed and stored as data. Depending on the measurement method, it is possible to perform the following evaluations.

■When measuring by tension, compression, or bending

E* (Pa) Complex longitudinal elastic modulus, E’ (Pa) Storage longitudinal elastic modulus, E’’ (Pa) Loss longitudinal elastic modulus, tanδ Vibration absorption coefficient (loss tangent), δ (deg) Phase difference.

■For measurements using solid shear or slit shear

G* (Pa) Complex shear modulus, G' (Pa) Storage shear modulus, G'' (Pa) Loss shear modulus, η* (Pa.s) Complex viscosity, η' (Pa.s) Dynamic Loss viscosity, η'' (Pa.s) Loss viscosity, η'=G''/ω η”=G'/ω ω Angular velocity (rad/sec), tanδ Vibration absorption coefficient (loss tangent), δ (deg) phase difference

・High-frequency exciter that can be set over a wide range of frequencies and operates accurately ・Precisely measure the state of the sample using a highly sensitive stress sensor with high rigidity and a high-precision, high-resolution displacement sensor.

・Supports a wide range of elastic modulus changes from solid to melt. ・Equipped with a constant temperature chamber that can handle a maximum temperature of 500℃ (optional). ・Comfortable automatic driving is possible by linking with a computer. Compact design.
