About This Product

A new machine is born on a single production line. ``Hamler 720'' is a product that thoroughly pursues labor-saving and safety. With the Hamler 340, our technology that revolutionized the ham production line has now evolved into a machine that has evolved even further. In addition to the know-how we have cultivated up until now, we aim to further improve safety, production, yield, and labor savings. The Hamler 720, which was born as a completely new machine by maximizing all of its elements, will deliver satisfaction to all users.

■Labor-saving machines with an emphasis on safety

The safety force bar linked to the movement of the upper die has an automatic meat supply system, further improving safety. The upper mold operation uses a safety mechanism that combines a mechanical safety device and an electrical safety device. Additionally, one person can feed meat to two machines, saving labor.

■Improved ease of use

You can easily change the filling weight with the stopper weighing device. (Measurement changes can be made safely by operating the handle even while driving.) Adjustments can be made easily because the system uses a fixed position stopping system using a swinging drum stopper device.

■Increase yield by improving quantitative accuracy

The closed cutter case and closed drum system eliminates drips. In addition, the meat moving path is smooth and the drum stopping accuracy has been improved, making it possible to use a pusher with a packing, greatly improving quantitative accuracy.

■Structure with excellent durability and maintainability

A structure that prevents dirt from entering the air cylinder is adopted, and the air cylinder for the upper mold is mounted on the top for increased durability. In addition, all air cylinder parts adopt a one-touch detachment structure. The units of the measuring drum, measuring stopper, and automatic end meat discharge device can be replaced. Moreover, the structure is simple and the number of parts is small.
