We have further improved the functions and structure of the "HITEC M-2", which has been highly praised for its high speed, durability, and operability in cellulose casing filling in Europe and the United States. In addition, the use of digital conveyor control and display devices greatly reduces the amount of work that would otherwise be required when changing products.

■Easy to use monitor functionThe screen layout is simple and easy to understand so that anyone can use the machine immediately after installing it. There is no need to worry about incorrect work or damage to the machine due to the complexity of the monitor screen.

■Metering pump with improved durabilityIt is more durable than conventional machines. In addition, the start and stop timing of the pump can be easily adjusted, preventing casing loss due to unfilling at the front and rear ends of the casing.

■Dry twister with improved maintainabilityDue to the use of a timing belt, no oil is used inside the housing. This eliminates oil leakage and extends the life of the parts inside the housing. Also, there is no need to remove the unit during maintenance, which can be done in a short time.

■Separation of air parts and electrical partsBy completely separating the air components from the electrical components, repairs and adjustments can be made easily and safely.
