About This Product

The Mackwell Mark III removes the metering pump from the traditional Mackwell. Since it does not use a gear rotor, it can be directly connected to a vacuum filling machine, making it possible to fill the meat without sacrificing high quality meat.

■Link separatorOptional link separator can cut raw sausages that are linked. The cut is precise and cuts in the center of the twist. Large quantities of sheep intestines, pig intestines and collagen casings can be processed immediately.

■Automatic casing pusher and rear end detector``Macwell'' is equipped with an ``automatic intestine pushing device'' that automatically pushes the natural intestine without human intervention, and a ``natural intestine rear end detection device'' that makes it possible to detect the rear end of the natural intestine. I am. This allows the operator to simply load the intestine into the nozzle and press a switch, and the meat is filled to the end of the intestine without wasting it and filling is automatically stopped.

When a fill is stopped, the revolver rotates quickly and starts the next fill within 2 seconds. The sensor has been changed from the traditional proximity sensor to a color sensor, further improving accuracy and significantly reducing the amount of intestines left and meat sticking out.
