About This Product

This is an innovative machine that can produce over 800 natural intestine sausages per minute with two operators. In traditional natural intestine sausage production, weight and length have been considered mutually exclusive. However, the ``Macwell'' is a high-speed filling machine that makes it possible to produce natural intestine sausages of a constant weight and length.With this technology, Hitech was awarded the ``Small and Medium Enterprise New Machinery Development Award'' by the Japan Machinery Promotion Association. ” was awarded. Patent applications are pending for the ``Automatic Intestine Pushing Device,'' ``Natural Intestine Rear End Detection Device,'' and ``Tempering Device.''

■Automatic intestine pushing device and rear end detection device

``Macwell'' is an ``automatic intestine pushing device'' that automatically pushes the natural intestine without human intervention, and a ``posterior end of natural intestine'' that makes it possible to detect the rear end of the natural intestine. By installing a "detection device," the operator simply loads the intestine into the nozzle and presses a switch, and the meat is filled to the end of the intestine without wasting it and stops automatically.

■Easy to use monitor function

The screen layout is simple and easy to understand so that anyone can use the machine immediately after installing it. There is no need to worry about incorrect work or damage to the machine due to the complexity of the monitor screen.

■Various linking chains

You can choose the length from 3 pitches (28.56mm). A "linking chain" with a spacing of 4.76 mm can also be used as an option.

■Linking belt

The length of the product to be produced can be changed depending on the spacing between the pinchers. Product lengths can be made with a minimum length of 2cm or at intervals of 1cm. Additionally, as an option, it is possible to create a "linking belt" for products in 0.5cm units.

■Fixed chute system

The sausages that slide down the "fixed chute" can be hung on the hooks of the horizontal hook conveyor at high speed and accurately. This makes it possible to hang natural intestine sausages at high speed, which was not possible with rotating or operating chutes. The hanging hook has a shape that makes it easy to insert smoke sticks and take out hanging sausages.

■Butterfly valve (optional)

It works in conjunction with the filling machine, automatically opens and closes the valve, and automatically supplies/stops raw materials to prevent dripping from the nozzle.

■Tempering device (optional)

By installing a "bath soaking device", processing of the tip and rear end of the intestine, which was extremely troublesome until now, can now be done easily, and the work time can be significantly reduced.
